These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the services provided by Presidential Printing (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services Offered

Presidential Printing provides a range of printing and design services. Specific services and products may vary, and detailed descriptions are available on our website.

2. Quotations and Orders

  • All quotations provided are valid for 30 days.
  • Any changes or modifications to quotes may result in price adjustments.
  • Orders must be confirmed by the customer in writing or electronically.
  • Changes to orders after confirmation may incur additional fees and delays.

3. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice.
  • We accept cash, check, debit, and credit.
  • Sales tax will be applied to your final invoice as required by law.
  • Payment is due within the number of days outlined in terms of the invoice date. A late fee of 2% per month (or a minimum of $20, whichever is greater) will be charged on all overdue balances. This fee will accrue daily starting [X+1] days after the invoice date. Please ensure prompt payment to avoid additional charges.

4. Artwork Submission

  • Customers are responsible for providing print-ready artwork according to the specifications outlined on our website.
  • All images in submitted files must be embedded, or separate image files must be provided for any linked images.
  • We are not responsible for any errors in the final product resulting from incorrect artwork submissions.
  • Fonts must be provided, or text must be outlined in the submitted designs to avoid font substitution issues.

5. Proofing

  • Digital proofs will be provided for customer review before production.
  • Physical proofs are available upon request for an additional fee.
  • Approval of proofs is the customer’s responsibility. Any changes required after approval may incur additional fees and delays.

6. Turnaround Time

  • Our standard turnaround time is 4-6 business days, subject to change based on workload and order complexity.
  • Rush orders may be accommodated for an additional fee, but are not guaranteed.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping costs will be added to the final invoice and may vary based on the shipping method selected.
  • We are not responsible for delays in shipping caused by circumstances beyond our control.
  • Local pickup is available for customers who prefer to collect their orders in person.

8. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellations or changes to orders must be made in writing and may incur a cancellation fee depending on the stage of production.
  • If production has already begun, we reserve the right to charge for work completed.

9. Liability

  • Presidential Printing is not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
  • We are not responsible for any materials lost or damaged during shipping.

10. Sales Policy

  • We appreciate your business and are committed to quality, value, and service. Please note that all sales are final, as all orders are custom-printed specifically for you.
  • If your order does not meet your expectations, please contact us within one week of delivery, and we will work to resolve any issues.

11. Appointments

  • Appointments are required to visit us, as we cannot guarantee staff availability during posted hours. Scheduling an appointment ensures that we can assist you effectively.

12. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania.

13. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

15. Website Design Services

Presidential Printing offers website design and development services, which may include domain registration support, website setup, layout design, SEO best practice implementation, and content formatting.

  • Deposit Requirement: A 50% non-refundable deposit is due before website development begins, unless otherwise noted in writing. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and prior to site launch or transfer.

  • Ownership: Upon final payment, the client owns the completed website design and content. Licensing or access to third-party themes, plugins, or tools may be subject to separate terms from those providers.

  • Hosting and Maintenance: If we assist with website hosting or maintenance, these are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for renewing hosting and domain services to avoid downtime.

  • Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all requested materials (text, logos, images, logins, etc.) in a timely manner. Delays in providing these materials may delay the project timeline.

  • Design Revisions: Our pricing includes a limited number of design revisions. Additional rounds of edits may incur extra charges, which will be outlined in your project quote.

  • Project Timeline: We will work with the client to establish a timeline for project completion. Delays due to client inaction, late content submission, or lack of communication may result in rescheduling and additional fees.

  • Termination: Either party may terminate a website project in writing. If terminated, the client will be billed for any completed work up to that point, and the deposit will not be refunded.
