While we strive for perfection in every item we produce, occasional mistakes may occur. Please utilize your proof to inspect for typographical, spelling, and grammatical errors or layout discrepancies. Signing this form indicates your approval for printing. In the event of errors on the printed job not identified on the attached proof, the responsibility lies solely with the client.

A note about digital proofing:

While we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of your printing, Presidential Printing cannot be held responsible for color inconsistencies between digital files and the printed item. Screens are not reliable indicators of final color. If you require a high-end printed proof, please feel free to request a quote.

Presidential Printing Design Proof Disclaimer

By approving your design proof, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the proof disclaimer below and are responsible for any errors found after approval.

Design Proof Overview:

A design proof serves as a digital mockup of your stationery and custom artwork. Please review your proofs meticulously as the accuracy rests with you, the client. We will not proceed to production without your written approval.

Proof Disclaimer:

Before granting approval for printing, kindly review all text and graphics for errors, including spelling, grammar, guest addresses, colors, layout, size, etc.

Errors originating from the client may necessitate a reprint at an additional fee. Payment for redesign, reprint, and delivery must be made in full before artwork recommences. Reprints due to client error will be placed in our printing queue without priority over existing jobs.

Please be aware that the colors displayed on your device’s screen when viewing the proof may differ slightly from the finished product.

In the event that the paper or envelope color you’ve approved becomes out of stock at late notice, we’ll notify you promptly and provide alternative options or inform you of the wait time for restocking.

The ink colors showcased in our sample packs are guides and may not perfectly match the prints you receive due to the variable nature of the printing process. Color variances between different print methods should be expected; for example, an exact match between a letterpress and digital print may not be achieved.

Presidential Printing retains all artwork and copyright related to your order. Clients are prohibited from redistributing or reproducing any part or all of the artwork supplied in any form. Finished artwork files are not included in your order and are unavailable for purchase.

We do not disclose the names of fonts used in our designs under any circumstances to protect our intellectual property and future print revenue.
